Bill Roberts was born into the construction business started by his grandfather JM "Jake" Roberts in 1926 and has proudly carried on the family tradition into its third generation with a unique vision as a home builder, as well as a developer.

Born in Oklahoma City to Russell and Joyce Roberts, Bill watched his father and Uncle Phil Roberts follow his grandfather into the building business in the late 1950's. It was in 1982 when Bill began his career in the construction business at 23-years-old while serving on a frame crew. He decided to become a builder after attending Oklahoma State University, and since then has continued to expand his business into neighborhood development. 

Bill attended Oklahoma State University and afterwards started in the building business by working on a framing crew when he was 23 years old. It was at this time he developed his interest in building. 

As a builder of many custom and speculative homes throughout the Edmond area, notably in Homestead, Brasswood, Copperfield, Apple Valley, Huntwick, Pecan Hollow, Springhill, Oak Tree and Oak Tree Park, he came to believe he could provide a higher quality product if he was the only builder in the addition. So, in 1998 began his first development project with Edinburgh.  Edinburgh quickly became a huge success, so continuing with yet another vision, his second development, Providence began. From the unique European Cottage feel of the cobble stoned Edinburgh to the Crown Heights/Mesta Park inspired two story wrap around porches offered in Providence. Now underway are Muirfield Village, a follow on the Bill's successful Edinburgh project, The Falls at Muirfield Village an upscale townhome community, and The Villas at Auburn Meadows — new projects are yet underway with Griffin Park / Griffin Gate and Fallbrook, again setting new standards for new home communities in the metro. 

As Bill continues to take his vision to new neighborhoods and developments, his inspiration continues to be one that brought him to the business in the first place — the tradition of a supportive family, Bill says referring to his parents and his wife and children.

Bill and his wife Sandy have been married since 1992 and live in Edmond with their two daughters, Allie and Katie.
